Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to join our Tennessee team. This role enforces safety, conducts inspections, and supports lean initiatives across field operations.

The ideal candidate holds OSHA 30, 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience, and is bilingual English/Spanish. You will lead new hire orientations, provide training, manage safety documentation for incidents, and help maintain a safe, compliant work environment for all crew members.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel tasks.
• Support management in safety documentation and startup requirements.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany injured employees to doctor visits and return-to-work processes.
• Complete documentation for accidents or incidents.
• Other duties as needed.
