Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, business, labor relations, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in French and knowledge of HR practices in international or bilingual environments.
• Experience with HR operations, labor law, and HRIS systems in multinational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model in English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness; capture reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
