Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow with tablet and queue system.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies.
• Assist with day-to-day banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening and cross-selling solutions with team.
• Handle branch operations such as cash devices per bank policies.
