Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Russian is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App and online tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch colleagues.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in line with policies and procedures.
