Job summary

Stratus Roofing in Salt Lake City seeks a Management-level role to oversee project execution and crew supervision across multiple sites. You will guide scheduling, safety, and client communications to keep projects on time and within budget.

This leadership position requires 3+ years in roofing operations, 2+ years in leadership, and a track record of coaching teams. A valid driver’s license and OSHA knowledge are essential, with English/Spanish bilingualism a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in roofing operations or construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or project teams.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling of roofing crews and equipment across multiple job sites.
• Ensure projects stay on track and on budget, proactively addressing delays or obstacles.
• Support the General Manager in coordinating multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and operational performance.
• Plan resources to support current and upcoming projects (3–6 month planning horizon).
• Ensure an exceptional client journey from project kickoff through completion.
