Job summary

Roofing Angels is seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent / Project Manager to lead field operations across California. This hands-on role requires roofing expertise, crew leadership, and the ability to own site assessments and project execution from start to finish, working with the production team to ensure top quality and on-time delivery.

The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to represent Roofing Angels professionally with homeowners

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on roofing experience (residential/commercial).
Direct crew management and customer-facing experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site roof assessments and translate findings into scopes and estimates.
Manage active roofing projects from kickoff to completion; schedule crews and logistics.
Supervise field crews ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance.
Serve as primary customer contact on active jobs and set expectations.
Conduct quality-control walk-throughs and manage punch lists on every job.
Document change orders and ensure approvals are recorded.
Coordinate final inspections and ladder setups.
Enforce safety practices and OSHA compliance.
Collaborate with production and sales to keep jobs on schedule and budget.
Maintain project progress records in company tracking tools.
