Job summary

Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation is seeking a challenge-oriented field superintendent to manage day-to-day operations in the Portland area. You will lead multiple roofing crews, ensure safety, schedule materials, and maintain client satisfaction with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a superintendent, strong communication and financial acumen, Spanish bilingual preferred, and the ability to climb roofs up to 40 ft.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and teams.
• Spanish bilingual highly preferred.
• Able to climb ladders and work on roofs up to 40 ft.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Coordinate daily work with multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations and materials for multiple crews.
• Improve job site efficiency and control costs.
• Schedule work with sales and management, designate material staging areas.
• Supervise foremen and guide installation crews.
• Ensure safety, progress tracking, and inspections.
• Attend pre-roofing meetings and maintain job records.
