Job summary

Compass Connections in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to support emergency shelter and group home health coordination. The role requires a valid RN license in Texas, BLS, CPR, and at least one year of public health or healthcare experience with care coordination.

You will perform clinical duties, manage medical records, administer vaccines and medications, and collaborate with coordinators to ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN license in state with current BLS and CPR.
• fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 1 year in public health or healthcare with care coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain federal/state guidelines.
• Document and ensure proper medical documentation per federal guidelines.
• Coordinate health services, patient safety, vaccines and treatments.
• Communicate with Lead Medical Coordinator and Regional Director.
• Develop health-related protocols and participate in team meetings.
