Compass Connections in Robstown, TX, is hiring a registered nurse to lead clinic duties at our on-site health care facility. You will support care coordination, administer vaccines and medications, document thoroughly, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, BLS (PALS preferred), and at least one year in public health or a clinical setting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; weekend shifts and teamwork with case managers are

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in the state with current, unrestricted status.
• BLS certification (PALS preferred); CPR; First aid.
• Minimum of 1 year in public health or healthcare with care coordination experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Meet federal and state guidelines and standards relevant to the position.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with federal guidelines.
• Monitor health conditions, assist with procedures, operate equipment, administer vaccines and medications.
• Ensure confidentiality and PHI compliance in health records.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and liaise with case managers and clinicians.
• Communicate with Lead Medical Coordinator and Regional Director on policy issues.
• Develop health protocols and participate in team decisions and meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced environment.
