Compass Connections is hiring an RN to join our team in El Paso, TX. The role involves direct patient care, vaccine administration, care coordination, and documentation in accordance with PHI and federal guidelines.

You will work with the Lead Medical Coordinator and Regional Director to ensure high-quality health services on campus. Required is an accredited nursing degree, active RN license in Texas, and current BLS/CPR; English and Spanish fluency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and active RN license in state.
• Current BLS; CPR preferred; first aid credentials.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Meet federal/state regulatory guidelines and ensure health care quality.
• Maintain clinical documentation accuracy per PHI/privacy rules.
• Assess, triage, monitor conditions; administer vaccines and meds.
• Coordinate health services and transportation; liaison with providers.
• Develop and implement health protocols in collaboration with team.
• Communicate with Lead Medical Coordinator and Regional Director.
• Keep confidential health records; ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct; support team needs.
