Caring Angels Home Care is seeking a bilingual Spanish RN HHA Instructor for our offices in Hicksville and Bay Shore, NY. This Full-time role involves conducting training, in-services, and competency evaluations for Home Care paraprofessionals to ensure certification standards are met.

Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with NYS licensure. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Nursing is preferred and have current NYS license and registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.

Responsabilidades

• The instructor conducts training, in-services and competency evaluation programs for Home Care paraprofessionals in accordance with the New York State Department of Health.
• The instructor ensures that Home Care paraprofessionals are sufficiently knowledgeable and clinically competent to meet certification standards and tests trainees to evaluate effectiveness of training.
• The instructor reports on the progress of paraprofessionals under guidance during training periods.
