Qualifications

• 3+ years of health coaching, health education and health promotion experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian license preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• High energy with dynamic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with clients.
• Customer-centric focus and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency with administrative tasks and software tools.
• Bilingual Spanish; able to pass assessments in oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face health coaching and support at multiple San Antonio sites.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to actively engage in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness activities, group coaching, and seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and use motivational interviewing to drive outcomes.
• Support health-related site events such as open enrollments and health fairs.
