The IMA Group is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (RN) in Las Cruces, NM to support workers' compensation cases and advocate for injured workers. This is a field-based role; expect 80–85% travel within your territory, coordinating medical care, documenting plans, and collaborating with physicians, employers, and claims professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold active New Mexico RN license.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in ICU/ER or acute care settings.
• Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Field-based role with 80–85% travel within assigned territory to meet injured workers.
