Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with four years of hospital finance or revenue cycle experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus two years in hospital finance/revenue cycle operations.
• Bilingual ability is required; Spanish testing will be administered with a passing score of 3 – High Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients or their representatives to collect demographic and financial data for quality applications.
• Explain policies and procedures to patients and assist with document forms.
• Verify patient demographics during screening for accurate hospital data.
• Maintain patient logs and route case folders for billing and collection purposes.
• Update hospital information systems with relevant documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
