Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager in Austin to lead store sales, service, and operations. You will guide a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, drive performance, and ensure store standards.

The role demands strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to recruit and develop staff, while coordinating with district leadership on product launches and promotions. Flexible hours and in-store focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes’ radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and grow.
• Ensure the protection of assets and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist on scheduling, training, and product promotions to maximize sales.
• Support Human Resources and Loss Prevention with internal investigations when needed.
