Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication with customers and staff.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop others.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Coach and lead the team to succeed and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with District Manager support.
• Ensure training on new products and promotions and maintain store compliance.
• Staff according to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
