Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Retail Store Manager to own sales and store operations in our Mississippi location. Lead a hands-on team, coach for performance, manage inventory, and roll out products and services to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will train and develop your staff, ensure a welcoming store environment, and collaborate with district leadership. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year in retail management, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales environment preferred).
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership and coaching to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead store team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Create an environment where every employee can grow and thrive.
• Launch new products/services in collaboration with District Manager and partners.
• Train and develop staff to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for customers.
• Coach and motivate on the sales floor and manage administrative duties like compliance and reporting.
