Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store sales, service, and operations. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales targets across all store functions.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales management, proven leadership, and the ability to train staff on promotions and compensation plans. Expect flexible hours, including weekends, with travel to nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years proved retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with proven performance results.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Create a productive work environment where employees can excel.
• Execute compensation plan education for staff and maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with district partnerships.
• Train staff on new products and promotions to boost confidence.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention investigations as needed.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; ensure a clean, inviting store.
