Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Clarksville, IN to own store sales and operations. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure a seamless customer experience while driving business performance.

You will recruit, develop, and motivate your team, manage inventory, and implement new products and services with district partners. Flex hours including weekends are required, with unlimited earning potential through base and commissions.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and team development capabilities.
• Excellent sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.

Responsibilities
