Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, or Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees; foster a customer-focused culture.
• Drive store revenue, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to grow customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards.
