Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Cary, NC to lead sales and operations, coach a team and drive exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on inventory management, product rollouts, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. This is a full-time, base+commission position with unlimited earning potential.

You will guide staff to exceed sales goals while maintaining high service standards and a vibrant team culture. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales environment preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills with a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational and tech skills.

Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphereAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
