Mobilelink USA is hiring a Retail Store Manager to oversee store sales and operations in Tarboro, NC. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience, from inventory to new product rollouts.

This role emphasizes growth, accountability, and delivering results in a commission-friendly environment. The position offers full-time hours with a focus on weekend coverage, competitive base pay plus commissions, and a supportive team culture in a nationwide expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
