Job summary

Mobilelink USA seeks a proactive Retail Store Manager in Pittsburgh to lead a sales team, drive customer experience excellence, and achieve daily and monthly goals in a fast-paced Cricket Wireless environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, train on products and services, coach on the sales floor, manage store operations, scheduling, and reporting, and collaborate with the District Manager to launch new offerings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
