Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Lewisburg, WV to lead store sales and operations. You’ll drive performance, coach a team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences across inventory management and new product rollouts.

You will mentor staff, maintain a high-energy store environment, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals, with a base+commission compensation structure and growth opportunities within a fast-growing nationwide dealer network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales environment).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
