Job summary

Mobilelink USA, a leading Cricket Wireless dealer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Vernon, TX. You will own the sales and operations of your store, coach your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving business performance.

In this role you will manage inventory, roll out new products and services, and collaborate with the District Manager to build a winning team. The position offers base pay with commission and ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting and developing teams.
• Strong sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of the store and drive performance.

Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

• 1+ yearof retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
