Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a Cricket Wireless store in San Antonio. You will drive performance, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 1+ year of retail sales management, bilingual English/Spanish, and a passion for recruiting and developing people. You’ll manage inventory, launch new products, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment, with competitive earnings and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
