Mobilelink is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Morrilton, AR to join Cricket Wireless in a dynamic retail environment. The role offers base pay with commissions and a path for growth, plus training and tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Own reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the store and be flexible to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit each customer, family, or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism.
• Assist store leaders with operations.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Participate in outside sales events and community activities when required.
• Attendance at events is a condition of employment.
• Engage customers, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup.
