Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Houston, TX to lead the store's sales, service and customer experience initiatives. You will supervise staff, drive sales performance, ensure inventory accuracy and uphold operational standards.

The role requires proven retail sales management experience, strong leadership and the ability to recruit, hire, and develop a successful team while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Leadership and coaching to inspire and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maximise sales through understanding compensation plans and training on promotions.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products and processes.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
