O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead a team during the Store Manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, ensuring top-tier service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training and managerial certifications.
• RSS Certification required or desirable as part of leadership.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification preferred for role.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and ensure team adherence to service programs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring processes, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store transfers and related orders.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing of merchandise.
