Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales and customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and manage customer returns.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Education

Ability to obtain RSS Certification
