Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead store team members in excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on retail showroom.
• Ensure merchandise and returns are processed efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and cash handling.
