• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and coordinate with Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money deposits and security checks.
