AT&T in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options and drive sales using a consultative approach.

You’ll be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls, with a schedule 9am-9pm including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Company provides tools, training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions with AT&T’s full suite of products.
