AT&T in Miami is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative sales approach and help them choose AT&T devices and services. You’ll support events, online orders, and outbound calls while building connections in the community.

The role offers opportunities to earn commissions with a base salary range of $40,000–$47,000, depending on geography, experience, and training. Weekend shifts and a flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities preferred; Spanish and English both valued.
• Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and use AT&T training tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Support events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T products.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends.
