Job summary

AT&T in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select devices and services using a consultative approach. You will be at the center of sales, assisting customers and guiding them to the best options available.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced two weeks in advance. Prior retail experience is a plus, and bilingual candidates are welcome; training is provided to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based weekly schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.
