Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in the United States. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales quotas, delivering high quality sales, and driving revenue for handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories. You will follow management guidance and benchmarks while modeling best practices for new hires and peers.

In-person work with required training and policy adherence. Essential duties include maintaining stock integrity, safeguarding assets, and using store systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to all company policies and complete required training on schedule.
• Master required systems and review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
• Protect company assets and safeguard codes and passwords.
• Close/open store with accurate checklists and communicate inventory issues.
