Mobily is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Durham, NC to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales for AT&T products. This role offers a base salary with commissions, plus training and career growth within Mobily.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and represent the Mobily/AT&T brand with professionalism. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Clear communication and bilingual service ability.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and able to work at multiple locations within the district.
• Proficient with a personal computer.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and follow company policy.
