Mobily is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join our Raleigh, NC team. This role offers full/part-time schedules with base salary plus commissions and benefits.

You will deliver excellent customer service, build solutions for individuals and businesses, and support store operations while representing the AT&T brand with professionalism. High energy, strong communication, and a willingness to participate in community events are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
• Build value by presenting products and services that fit customer needs
• Represent Mobily and AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations and duties
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus opportunities
• Participate in outside sales events, community activities, or promotional events as needed
