Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Durham, NC is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join our Mobily family. This role offers full-time/part-time flexibility with a base salary plus commission, and opportunities for career growth through training and defined paths.

We provide a $500 new hire bonus, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO after 90 days. You will deliver excellent customer service, build tailored solutions, and represent AT&T with professionalism across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, including bonus potential.
• Occasional participation in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T.
• Duties at events may include engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.
