Job summary

Mobily is a nationally authorized AT&T retailer in the United States. The Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant helps customers with tailored solutions, represents the Mobily and AT&T brands, and supports store operations while pursuing sales goals.

Training and a defined career path are provided to maximize upward mobility within the organization. We offer a $500 new hire bonus, PTO after 90 days, and health, dental, and vision insurance along with company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude; strong technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand professionally.
• Assist store leaders with day-to-day store operations.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in events for customer acquisition and brand growth.
