Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Responsible for ensuring financial (invoices, reporting) and payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and compliance with laws.
• Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation.
• Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Manage shifts: scheduling, planning, and maintaining standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and address complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality.
