Qualifications

• 2-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience
• 2-4 years high volume bar/restaurant experience
• Liquor License certification is mandatory
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
• Responsible for completing financial and payroll related duties accurately and on time
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintenance of laws
• Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and guest satisfaction
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning while upholding standards
• Respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return customers
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality
