Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager in El Paso, TX to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve sales, cost, employee retention, and guest satisfaction targets. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service/retail or restaurant.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Hire, train and develop team members that share Wingstop's mission to serve the world flavor.
• Create team member schedules balancing staffing, payroll, and sales needs.
• Ensure restaurant safety, onboarding, and shift leader development are properly executed.
• Audit operations, control cash, inventory, and equipment while driving cost and profit metrics.
• Lead the team to deliver consistent food quality and guest service.
