Job summary

Wingstop in El Paso, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store manager in planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve sales, cost, guest satisfaction and quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, be 18+, proficient in Microsoft Office, and be bilingual English/Spanish. You will schedule staff and drive results while upholding Wingstop standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Hire, train and develop team members that share the Wingstop mission.
• Create team culture through respect, recognition and reward.
• Staff the restaurant with appropriate schedules and monitor labor costs.
• Ensure safety, onboarding, and proper performance plans are in place; manage hiring/separations compliant with procedures.
• Drive business metrics by budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
