Job summary

Westgate Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Reservations Agent to accurately process inbound tour reservations, with or without transportation, while supporting translation for Portuguese- or Spanish-speaking guests to maximize bookings. You will provide excellent guest service and smart scheduling across multiple properties.

Daily duties include answering calls, routing inquiries, and assisting with changes, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience at our resorts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input inbound reservations, with or without transportation.
• Professionally answer and route inbound phone calls.
• Provide translation support for Portuguese- or Spanish-speaking guests.
• Check in or out outside solicitors at designated locations.
• Book room nights for Westgate Resorts properties and verify no-shows for rebooking.
