Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Two years of experience as a Community Health Nurse plus one year in admin/supervisory/teaching role as an RN.
• Substitutions allowed: related bachelor’s degree with 1 year RN experience; 2 years RN for bachelor’s; 3 years admin/supervisory for required exp; Master’s in nursing for the two-year CHN requirement; military nursing experience may substitute for exp/education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the reproductive health program.
• Lead program budget planning, preparation, and monitoring; handle required reports and data analyses.
• Provide direct clinical services in reproductive health clinic (education, counseling, histories, nursing assessments, consent, administer meds).
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with agency SOPs and guidance.
