Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Maryland is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and support in our Annapolis health center, with travel to Baltimore one day per week. Under supervision of the Charge Nurse and Director of Abortion Services, you will ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork across the center.

The role requires an active Maryland RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and CPR/BLS/ACLS compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license is required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• CPR certification is required; BLS/ACLS preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience is required.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in all health center areas as per SOPs.
• Perform ultrasound, histories, vitals, lab work to ensure patient flow.
• Enter patient data into EPM/EHR; maintain documentation.
• Assist with patient notification and follow-up under provider direction.
• Prepare and administer medications per orders and protocols.
