Job summary

Portland Bottling Company is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Lead for the Packaging Department, Mid Shift, in Clackamas, OR. Starts at $21/hour with $2.00 shift differential; includes paid holidays and a stable full-time schedule Mon–Thu 9:30am–8:00pm.

You will assist the Repack Lead and Manager with daily production, lead the Repack team, translate as needed, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of production/manufacturing experience required; food/beverage preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Repack Lead with day-to-day production and operations.
• Provide back-up supervision of Repack, covering safety, quality, and maintenance.
• Train and lead Repack floor activities and translate as needed.
• Enter inventory data into ERP and ensure documentation.
• Support line troubleshooting and equipment issues; escalate when needed.
• Promote a positive company image and cover Lead during absences.
