JobGether is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (ENG + SPA) to provide remote support to transportation customers across the United States and Canada. You will assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through fleet management technology.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to grow into higher responsibilities in a collaborative remote team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of customer support or sales experience serving English-speaking customers.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools.
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborative and capable of contributing in a remote team.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus.
• Residence in the United States is advantageous for understanding US customers.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Ambition and adaptability to grow into higher responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive, professional customer support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers across the United States and Canada.
• Assist customers with questions, technical issues, and general support related to fleet management and transportation technology.
• Troubleshoot issues by understanding needs and communicating guidance clearly in both languages.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused experience in every interaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and document requests in remote work environment.
• Use support tools to document, track, and follow up on requests.
• Continuously develop product, technical, and customer service knowledge.
