Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a fully remote Customer Support specialist to assist transportation customers across the United States and Canada. You will communicate in English and Spanish, troubleshoot tech issues, and deliver outstanding service to drive satisfaction and efficiency.

You will join a collaborative remote team, grow your skills, and advance toward higher responsibilities while maintaining ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with professional communication.
• At least 1 year of customer support or sales experience.
• Comfortable learning new software and remote tools.
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work remotely with a team; Saturday/Sunday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers across the U.S. and Canada.
• Assist with questions, technical issues, and support needs related to fleet management and transportation tech.
• Troubleshoot issues by understanding needs and guiding customers in English and Spanish.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused experience in every interaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and share information.
• Document, track, and follow up on requests using support tools.
• Develop product, technical, and customer service knowledge for quality improvements.
• Demonstrate ownership, reliability, and willingness to take on more responsibilities.
